This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how we protect it. It applies to our website, web dashboard, mobile application and associated IoT devices and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number and organisation or farm details necessary to set up and manage your account.

Farm and Field Data: IoT sensors deployed on your farm collect environmental measurements including soil moisture, soil temperature, ambient temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed and related agronomic parameters. This data is transmitted to and stored on our cloud platform.

Device and Usage Data: We collect information about your devices, including device identifiers, firmware versions, connectivity status, battery levels and operational logs. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, session duration and interaction logs within the Platform.

Communication Data: If you contact us by email, phone or through our contact form, we retain records of that communication to respond to your enquiry and improve our support.

Technical Data: We automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs and access timestamps when you use our web services.

AI Model Training: Aggregated and anonymised sensor data may be used to train and improve the AI and machine learning models that power our recommendation engine. Individual farm data is not shared externally for this purpose.

Legal and Safety Obligations: To comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities and protect the rights, property and safety of ShyamKrishi, our users and the public.

We do not sell your personal information or farm data to third parties.

Sensor data may be retained in aggregated and anonymised form beyond account closure for the purposes of platform improvement and AI model development.
